Burnout Recovery

Burnout can mean different things to different people, but I understand it to be present when someone's know-how and will are no longer enough to meet daily demands across the various aspects of life. Losing one's capacity to function at the level one is accustomed to is destabilizing not just for the individual in burnout but for family, friends and colleagues as well. When burnout persists, it can feel permanent and this just adds to a sense of helplessness.

I am a burnout recovery expert, having coached hundreds of clients through it as well as myself. By working collaboratively with you and your chosen health provider/s, we create a structured, comprehensive, wholistic and time-bound recovery plan which lays out a clear path forward.

While my experience spans over 25 years, two continents and a wide range of clients, I am particularly familiar and skilled working with teachers, healthcare professionals and those in technical fields.
